Cashing in on this desperate need of the people many people disguised and under cover as an astrologer or fortune teller cheat people for the dire purpose of making money. Who can predict the future?

There is no legal qualification or set rules or norms which define who should predict the future. Every Tom, Dick and Harry can become a fortune teller if he has some knowledge of astrology and intuition. But are these fortune tellers reliable? At least some of their predictions have come true though many still remains unaddressed.

Men like Nostradamus still exist and they do predict the future from time to time. It is partly based on the intuition they receive while in a deeply obsessed state or possessed with higher forces.
